Illinois Legal Aid Online - This site aims to increase access to justice for lower-income and vulnerable Illinois residents through the innovative use of technology to assist and educate the public and to train and support legal aid providers and pro bono attorneys. You can download forms for an uncontested divorce.
Illinois Child Support Calculator - the link for this resource is a bit deceptive. There is no trustworthy online child support calculator for Illinois. The link directs you to the Illinois child support statute, 750 ILCS 5/505 which you can use to determine what child support could be set at. The key is to determine what constitues "Net Income".
Illinois SDU Support Payments Records - You can view the last five(5) payments recived by the SDU to your account. These payments typically are made from the obligor or the employer. Never taxes or unemployment.
State of Illinois Payments Records - You can view the last few payments applied to your account either through the SDU or the Ilinois Comptroller's office such as tax intercepts or unemployment withholding.
